Production Equipment and Capacity

The company has a complete set of professional steel structure production equipment from steel cutting, assembly, welding, correction to shot blasting and paint coating. It currently has 3 welded H-shaped light steel production lines, 2 box-type component production lines, 1 1 heavy steel production line, 1 pipe truss production line and 1 enclosure system production line, all of which are operated in assembly lines

The company has purchased a number of CNC cutting machines, three-digit hole drilling machines, end saws, locking machines, box column assembly units, electroslag welding machines, double-wire welding machines, end milling machines, intersecting line cutting machines and other special equipment from home and abroad, and is equipped with a full set of enclosure system production lines.

The company's monthly processing capacity of steel structure components is more than 8,000-10,000 tons, the annual processing capacity is more than 120,000 tons, the annual construction capacity is more than 800,000 square meters, and the annual production capacity of enclosure panels is more than 1.5 million square meters. The production capacity ranks first in the same industry in the province.

Quality Assurance System

Before the company processes the product, the designer first conducts a briefing, and a special process department issues a targeted production process to ensure the source of product quality control.

The company has established a special quality control department to supervise and inspect the production quality of components. During the production process of components, the "three inspections" system combining self-inspection, handover inspection and special inspection is strictly implemented to prevent unqualified products from entering the next process, and to create quality projects for customers wholeheartedly.

The company has its own physical and chemical laboratory, which can conduct mechanical and chemical performance tests on incoming materials to prevent unqualified products from entering the factory.

The company has passed the American standard verification.

Construction Capacity

The company has a special construction management department and a professional construction team, including 11 national first-level registered construction engineers, more than 20 second-level registered construction engineers, and is equipped with many professional and technical personnel to provide professional steel structure installation technical support for owners.Shandong Hangxiao currently has more than 20 construction and installation teams, more than 800 installation workers, and an annual construction capacity of more than 800,000 square meters, which fully meets the needs of construction tasks.

Since its establishment ten years ago, Shandong Hangxiao's footprints have covered the entire province of Shandong and surrounding areas, and provided products and services to many domestic and foreign customers, and has undertaken a number of major projects in various cities. The projects undertaken by Shandong Hangxiao have developed from being mainly ordinary light steel factories to being mainly heavy steel with light steel as a consideration. It has also formed its own flagship products in many industries and fields such as tires, textiles, machinery, chemicals, logistics, multi-story, large-span factories, large-area factories, and spatial structures. It has established the brand of Hangxiao Steel Structure and won the "China Steel Structure Gold Award" many times.
