The company currently has one first-class registered architect, four first-class registered structural engineers, more than 40 professional steel structure designers, and more than 12 detailed drawing designers and list makers.   • In our modern manufacturing facility, we carry out precision cutting, welding, drilling, shot blasting, and surface treatment (such as hot-dip galvanizing and painting). We strictly follow the ISO 9001 quality management system to ensure that each component meets design requirements. For complex structures, we conduct pre-assembly tests in the factory to guarantee accuracy and efficiency during on-site installation.
  • After fabrication, we perform rigorous non-destructive testing (UT, RT, MT), dimensional inspections, and weld quality checks to ensure all steel components meet international standards. A full inspection report is provided.
  • We develop an efficient logistics and transportation plan, utilizing sea freight, land transport, or multimodal logistics to ensure that the steel components arrive safely and on time at the construction site, with protection against damage during transit.
  • Our professional construction team follows the installation schedule and safety standards, assembling steel columns, beams, bolted connections, and welding using tower cranes and crawler cranes. The entire installation process is closely monitored for accuracy.
  • Once installation is complete, we conduct a final quality inspection with the client and third-party organizations. This includes structural stability checks, corrosion protection tests, and load-bearing assessments to ensure that the steel structure meets design and safety requirements.
  • After passing all inspections, we officially hand over the project, providing detailed technical documentation, as-built drawings, and maintenance guidelines.
