Once the design is finalized, we procure high-quality steel materials (such as Q235, Q355, S355, etc.) according to project specifications. All materials comply with ISO, EN, ASTM, and other international standards, and undergo strict quality inspections to ensure compliance.

In our modern manufacturing facility, we carry out precision cutting, welding, drilling, shot blasting, and surface treatment (such as hot-dip galvanizing and painting). We strictly follow the ISO 9001 quality management system to ensure that each component meets design requirements. For complex structures, we conduct pre-assembly tests in the factory to guarantee accuracy and efficiency during on-site installation.

After fabrication, we perform rigorous non-destructive testing (UT, RT, MT), dimensional inspections, and weld quality checks to ensure all steel components meet international standards. A full inspection report is provided.

We develop an efficient logistics and transportation plan, utilizing sea freight, land transport, or multimodal logistics to ensure that the steel components arrive safely and on time at the construction site, with protection against damage during transit.
