Hangzhou Century Centre (Gate of Hangzhou) is located at the core of the Qianjiang Century City Olympic Sports Centre in Hangzhou, and is the focus of the Big Dipper complex. The total planning area of the project is about 77,572 square meters, with a total construction area of about 530,000 square meters. The twin tower super high-rise area is composed of two 310 meters high tower.

In 2002, Hangxiao Steel Structure took the lead to break the international technology monopoly, under the " no precedent， no standard", Hangxiao carried out the research of "rectangular concrete-filled steel tube structure technoly", investing the concrete steel tube structure system that is more applicable, cost-effictive, and fire-proof than pure steel structure, which was applied Ruifeng International Building, the first rectangular concrete-filled steel tube structure high-rise building project in China. This project was listed as the national Torch Plan project, which has completely changed the traditional concrete construction method, improved the fire-resistant performance of the steel structure, and featured excellent anti-seismic and fire-proof performance. The successful implementation of this project has laid the technicial position of Hangxiao in the field of high-rise steel structure. In this way, it developed the high-rise steel structure building technology system with Hangxiao characteistics, and took the lead in high-rise steel structure building in China.
