1. Brief introduction of Ruifeng International Business Building
This project started in 2000, with 2 floors underground and 24 floors above ground, with a total construction area of about 52,000 square metres. It is the first self-designed, produced and installed high-rise building built with rectangular concrete-filled steel tube column structure technology.

In 2000,Hangyiao Steel Stucture took the lead to break the ntematonal tectnolbgy monopoy. under the condtion of no precedent nostandard, t jointy woiked with Zhelang Unversity, Tongi Unwersiy, and other cdlegses for industyunversityresearch ccoperation. Besites, Fansviao caried outthe researchof "ectanguer concrete-flled steel tube stucture technolegy, inventing the concrete steel tube stucture system thet is more apdlcable. costeffectve, and fieproof thanpuresteel structure.which wasancled Rufeng Ihternational Bulding. thefirst rectanguar concretefled stel tube structurehishise builing proiect in China.This proiect was Iested as the nationalTorch Flan proiect which has completely changed the tadtional concrete construction method.imoroved the freresistant pertomance of the steel sttucture.and featured exclent antiesalsmic andfreproofperfomance.The successful imdlementaton of hisprolect has aid the tectmical postion ofHangxaointhe field ofhighise steal stucture.Inthis way,tdevelbpedthe hiehise steestucture bulting tectnolney system with Hangvlao charactefistics,and took the kead in highise steel structre builtingin China.
3. Industry and association standards
Hangxiao has edited and co-edited a number of industry and association standards, such as Technical Specification for Steel Structure of Tall Building, Specification for Design of Steel Concrete-mixed Structure of Tall Building, Technical Specification for Structures wih Concrete-filled Rectangular Steel Tube Members, and Technical Code for Design and Construction of Composite Floor and son on.
It has obtained 30+ national patents related to rectangular concrete-filled steel tube columns, filling the gap of "rectangular concrete-filled steel tube technology in high-rise building structures" and reaching the internationally advanced level. Among them, the "high-rise building steel-concrete composite structure technology" won the "National Green Building Innovation Award" in2005.

The independent ly developed comglete technoloey of rectangular Concrete-fl led steel tube structure' is listed as the nat ional Torch Plan project.
Hangxiao and Tongi Universitycoedted the TechnicalSpecifcation for Rectangular Concrete Fled Steel Tube Structure(CECS159:2004).
